Projects - Tecoma, Victoria This typical hills cottage suffered from being in the shadow of the forest. It was cold and dark. A heat and light trap was designed to capture winter morning sunlight and release the heat slowly throughout the house during the day. In summer the open windows allowed the transfer of cool air to keep the house temperate.
